In this paper, we discuss Armstrong’s account of attachment-based claims to natural resources, the kind rights that follow from claims, and limits should impose on such claims. We hope clarify how why attachment matters in discourse resource by presenting three challenges theory. First, question normative basis for certain trying distinguish more clearly between different kinds other Second, highlight need supplement with a theory weigh so as establish standing have.
